· VIBGUARD IIoT offers 12, 16, or 20 measurement channels for selection, all capable of parallel synchronous sampling. This enables continuous monitoring of even the most complex equipment, preventing unexpected downtime.

· VIBGUARD IIoT operates autonomously and automatically executes measurement tasks. Measurement data—including time signals, characteristic values, FFT spectra, kinetic wave paths (trajectories), or torque—is processed nearly in real-time in parallel and can be correlated with ongoing production processes. Rapid data processing makes VIBGUARD IIoT the perfect monitoring and diagnostic system for systems with short operating cycles (e.g., cranes, machine tools, presses) or machines with highly dynamic processes (e.g., test benches, wind turbines, chain conveyors). All critical fans and pumps can also be monitored easily and efficiently via VIBGUARD IIoT.

· VIBGUARD IIoT measures time signals, overall values, FFT spectra, shock pulses, tracks, and more across 12, 16, or 20 parallel channels, accommodating nearly all signal input types. Vibration, speed pulses, temperature, and any other relevant diagnostic inputs (e.g., torque) are processed and correlated with the actual manufacturing process.

· Measurement results are seamlessly integrated into process control systems via MQTT interfaces. Intelligent data management tools enable efficient data reduction.

· Advanced alarm handling tools (e.g., variable frequency band alarms and frequency band trends) monitor specific machine faults (e.g., imbalance, misalignment, gear meshing, and bearing failure).

· VIBGUARD IIoT easily connects to buffered outputs from real-time protection systems for in-depth analysis and monitoring of turbomachinery.
