我公司成立于2014年3月，是船舶行业首家，也是目前专业从事疏浚船舶振动检测、故障分析诊断的企业。多名技术服务工程师通过学习和考试，取得国际ISO18436-2Ⅱ、Ⅲ级振动分析工程师证书；公司获得《科技型中小企业证书》、并通过ISO9001质量体系认证。我们使用德国普卢福振动检测设备（IHC、瓦锡兰、高尔登均采用此品牌设备进行检测服务），在对运行中的旋转设备进行振动数据采集，通过普卢福故障分析软件，结合我们二十余年疏浚船舶维修的经验，诊断旋转设备的故障点、故障程度及故障原因，并做出专业的分析判断。

我们也是德国普卢福振动检测仪器的销售代理，对普卢福产品提供销售安装及分析诊断的系统服务；已获得国内首批船舶在线振动监测系统安装合同，与船东共同开发船舶在线监控、智能报警、远程诊断系统，为船舶机舱智能化打下数据积累的基础。

We are also the sales agent of German Plumf vibration detection instrument, providing the sales, installation, analysis and diagnosis system services for Plumf products; We have obtained the contract of installing the first batch of ship's online vibration monitoring system in China, and jointly developed the ship's online monitoring, intelligent alarm and remote diagnosis system with the owner, laying the foundation of data accumulation for the intelligentization of ship's engine room.
